About the Author
Angela Thompson is one of the world's leading experts on Romanian Point Lace. She teaches and lectures on lace around the world and is the author of Embroidery with Beads, Complete Book of the Sewing Machine and Machine Embroidery. She is also a regular contributor to a number of major lace and embroidery magazines, including World of Embroidery and The Lacemaker. Kathleen Waller has been making lace since the age of seven and is interested in most forms of lace including all the bobbin laces, crochet lace, tatting and needlelace. She has collaborated with her sister, Margaret Homer on several booklets on East Midlands laces and is the author of two booklets on filet lace.
